The recruitment process


The recruitment process usually includes the following stages:

How to employ a citizen of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Moldova, Georgia or Armenia in Poland

Legitimate employment of Ukrainian, Belarus, Russian, Moldavian, Georgian or Armenian citizens is possible by an employer’s “assignment of work to a foreigner” notification to the relevant territorial employment Department. In this case acquisition of a work permit is not required.

As part of this procedure, the territorial employment Department does not perform the so-called labor market testing, which fact reduces the process and allows you to quickly and legally employ a foreigner.

This simplified procedure is only applicable when each of the following conditions is met:

- A foreigner is a citizen of Ukraine, Białorusi, Rosji, Mołdawii, Gruzji lub Armenii;
- The employment period does not exceed 6 months for the next 12 months;
- The work that a foreigner will perform is not seasonal work that requires a permit.
